The TSA charge of disseminating security secrets is utterly without merit. The pilot took video of things the general public can see in any airport. Nothing was in an off-limits area; it is all in plain sight. Any reasonably intelligent person could easily ascertain the lack of screening, as the pilot pointed out, if so motivated. You would not have to be an expert. It is right there in front of you. It is useful to address issues intelligently and honestly. The TSA has done neither and has indeed spent billions on guarding the front door, and left the back door open. Absurdity and dishonesty do not help anything but can only lead to bad decisions and wrong actions. The firearm permit revocation was an extreme over-reaction and absurd. This fellow should be thanked for doing an audit of the system.

    Cheers….

    • Not an audit – audits lead to remedial action, which it this case would result in moving the stupidity downstairs and hassling the ground workers just like everyone else. That’s not the goal as far as I’m concerned. What we see here is simply evidence that TSA is not a legitimate security agency – it’s show business. Some people come away from these videos thinking we need more of this madness in the areas where it isn’t being perpetrated. Sadly, they never stop to ask why we need it anywhere at all (we don’t).
