Why the Flat Belly Diet Sucks

If you’re looking for the flat belly diet, congratulations on your decision to try and lose weight. Losing weight isn’t always the easiest thing in the world, so even getting this far is a big step.

However, I feel it necessary to caution you that the flat belly diet is NOT a good choice.

This is for a few reasons.

First, when you’re on this diet, you can’t eat anything you want in moderation. You have to eat from 28 interchangeable breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks. Unless you want to eat from the same 28 choices for the rest of your life, this is NOT a okinawa flat belly tonic lifestyle change and something that you’ll just gain weight back from once you’re done with it.

Besides, who wants to live life eating the same 28 foods? Diets make people miserable because they feel neglected. Why push that misery out on yourself?

Also, the diet says that you need to eat certain foods that are proven to work on belly fat. It says you need to eat monounsaturated fats and they’ll aide you in reducing your stomach. One endocrinology specialist, Michael Jensen of Mayo Clinic, says that “Scientific research is scant on diets that specifically target belly fat.”

He says there are way too many variables that have to do with weight loss to say that any kind of food or diet plan aides with the loss of belly fat.

Another PhD, Christine Rosenbloom, says that the science behind the plan is “pure speculation and not based on scientific research”.

Further, she says that the weight loss benefits the book promises are the result of losing water weight, not the far loss that dieters are looking for.
